Description
DayZ is an online survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Thousands of players from all over the world participate in endless battles on numerous DayZ Standalone servers. Unlike the original game, this mod brings with it the story that the world has been infected by an unknown virus that cannot be treated. Therefore, many characters have now become real zombies and the living dead. The player’s task remains to survive one more day and prevent his transformation into a zombie. To achieve this, you need to not only collect supplies and defend yourself from zombies and bandits, but also perform a number of other actions. Please note that the gameplay is as realistic and hardcore as possible, which generally corresponds to the spirit of the entire series.

About This Game
Almost every month, the developers release official patches that introduce innovations into the gameplay and change its balance. So, while the game is still in public alpha testing, anyone can join today. On the other hand, when you enter the gaming world a year later, you may not recognize it — so many innovations will be released. Your main friend, of course, is a weapon. It is presented in large quantities. Hundreds of types of real weapons from around the world, including standard rifles, shotguns, submachine guns and more. Keep in mind that bullets in this world are worth their weight in gold, so never waste them just like that. If you are lucky enough to become the owner of a rare type of weapon, other players can take up the weapon, so be very careful.
The map of the game world covers an area of about 800 square kilometers. It includes the suburbs of St. Petersburg and part of the Leningrad region. Explore the atmospheric and ambient landscapes of the Russian outback, from rural settlements to small towns. Severograd is the largest settlement, but it will be the most dangerous here. Therefore, think several times before embarking on a dangerous journey in this direction. DayZ Standalone set a new standard for survival horror games. After all, here you can die from almost any trouble. And after dying just once, all game progress is automatically deleted and you have to start the game all over again.

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.

Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like
C:\Games\GameNameusing WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures. -
