About This Game

Choose a party of six heroes that range from learned wizards to hardened warriors. Using each type of character is fully vital to ensuring victory, as most succeed only in certain tasks. Wizards have extremely destructive magic, but will quickly fall to a mere spear strike, while great warriors can hold back a horde if properly supported. The unique combat system adds to the battle a completely new tactical layer. Warriors will fight much better if they believe that the battle is on their side and will start to panic if they believe otherwise. Monitoring the fall of a friend or a killed enemy leader dramatically affects morality. Arrows and spells, even if they miss, affect the courage of friends and enemies in their range. Finally, the mechanics of thirst for blood means that certain warriors will find new sources of energy for each enemy killed.
