Description
Rat Climber is a 3D adventure platformer developed by Glimmerware that puts you in the role of a determined rat on a mission to the top of the world. Your goal is simple: climb vertical labyrinths, make daring jumps and get the main prize — heavenly cheese. With just three controls — jump, dash and walk — you’ll navigate precise collision-based environments that force you to think like a rat to succeed. Unlike typical platformers, Rat Climber dispenses with collectibles and power-ups, focusing on pure climbing gameplay. Each world may be hiding a secret piece of cheese, and those who find them all will be in for a special surprise.
The game’s unique vertical design allows for partial recovery during falls, giving climbing an extra layer of strategy. The safe walk feature prevents accidental falls from ledges, and the dash ability allows you to make longer and higher jumps. With a minimalist control scheme and challenging level design, Rat Climber offers a fresh take on the platformer genre and challenges players to test their skills in the best 3D platformer ever made.
