Revue Starlight El Dorado is an adventure game scheduled for release on August 8, 2024, developed by Frontwing. As the first console game in the multimedia franchise Revue Starlight, it offers a unique theatrical experience that combines elements of animation, stage performances and visual novels. The game has an exciting storyline written by Tatsuhito Higuchi, a screenwriter for television animation and film adaptation. Players will be immersed in a new stage production and the story of the youth of the set girls, accompanied by stunning original illustrations and powerful music. The gameplay is simple and focuses on reading the story with convenient features such as volume control, auto mode.
Gallery mode allows players to review beautiful CGs and enjoy the game’s music. Set during the characters' final summer of study at Seisho Music Academy, the game follows the Class of 99s ambitious attempt to perform El Dorado, Japan’s most famous ocean-crossing tragedy. The narrative explores the casting dilemma of the two leads: Salvatore Gugli, the son of an exiled admiral, and Alejandro Javier Cavaliero Cruz, the heir of a rising Spanish aristocrat. This story of youth and ambition promises to captivate fans of the franchise and newcomers alike.
