3 Minutes to Midnight A Comedy Graphic Adventure is a comedy quest made in detailed cartoon 2D graphics. There are two main characters here — a girl with amnesia, Betty Anderson, and Major Eliza Barrett. Betty awakens one day in a strange town, remembering nothing about herself except her name — and this in itself could be a terrible problem. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that things were much worse — and not only for the girl. A monstrous and mysterious conspiracy is capable of putting the survival of all humanity at risk — and the villains' plan will come true when there are 3 minutes left until midnight. Whether Anderson and Barrett will be able to meet the deadline and expose the villains depends on the decisions of the gamer.

The developers of 3 Minutes to Midnight paid special attention to humor. Although the lives of billions of people are at stake, the characters often make jokes, comment on situations in a comedic manner, or get into funny misadventures. For example, if one of the heroines touches a bare wire, she will be shocked, which will momentarily make her skeleton visible, just like in classic cartoons. Other characters are absurd in themselves and are not taken seriously, which enhances the surreal atmosphere of what is happening. However, there are puzzles here too. To solve many problems, the heroes will have to use not only imagination, but also logical thinking. And the further the player advances, the more difficult the puzzles will be.
