Description
Windbound is a fast-paced action game developed and published by Motion Twin, known for creating Dead Cells. The game is set to release in 2024 and is already attracting attention with its unique take on the action roguelike genre. In Windbound, players take on the role of a warrior-jumper who must save his people from an impending disaster. The Ark, a flying village, the last stronghold of humanity, is about to be consumed by a deadly Vortex. The only way to save the Ark is to challenge the Vortex and find a path to greatness. Players will have to explore dead worlds, jump between their remains and fight the guardians of the Vortex to find a way to stop the disaster. Players will have to explore numerous islands, which are the remains of dead worlds.
In each location, they will face dangerous enemies — the guardians of the Vortex, who must be defeated in fast and dynamic fights. The game features a wide range of weapons, from traditional swords and axes to magical spells and ranged weapons. This allows players to choose their fighting style and adapt to different situations. One of the key features of Windbound is the ability to change weapons and skills on the fly. This allows you to quickly adapt to changing combat conditions and use a variety of tactics to win.
