Mekkablood Quarry Assault

Mekkablood Quarry Assault puts players in the cockpit of a massive mech-war machine piloted by Bill, a skilled robot jockey with a chip on his shoulder and a missing girl. The year is 2082, and Bill’s life is turned upside down when TorxCorp, a mining conglomerate with questionable ethics, takes his valuable collectibles and kidnaps Beth, the only person who haunts him. With the help of his trusty sword and the ever-reliable Rusty, Bill ventures into the depths of the quarry to set things right. Along the way, players will have to navigate treacherous tunnels, shoot down enemy drones, and uncover secrets hidden beneath layers of rubble and steel. The title unfolds like an epic mining expedition gone awry.

At its core, Mekkablood Quarry Assault combines the energy of an old-school boomer shooter with the power of mechanized combat. Mekka Bill, a walking fortress armed to the teeth, feels like an extension of the player, albeit with the weight and dynamics of a freight train. Navigating through tight corridors and vast caverns feels deliberate, forcing the player to think ahead as they dish out punishment. Weapons range from rotary cannons to plasma drills, offering a variety of approaches to each firefight. Ammo isn’t always freely available, so resource management helps maintain tension, especially when enemies come from unexpected directions.
