Deconstruction Simulator puts players in the business of demolition and recycling. Gamers take on the role of a demolition manager tasked with assessing the value of various materials in the process of tearing down buildings. The title provides players with a platform to learn about and participate in the demolition process, from assessing items for resale to using powerful machinery to destroy buildings. Every decision, from assessing the value of salvaged items to choosing the right equipment, affects the course of the game. It’s not just about destroying things, but also about making the most of what can be reused or recycled. One of the first tasks in Deconstruction Simulator is to determine which materials are worth salvaging. This requires a keen eye and a deep understanding of the recycling market.

Players inspect items in buildings, such as furniture and appliances, and assign them a price based on their potential resale value. These prices fluctuate depending on demand and the condition of the material. The goal is to maximize profits while managing the demolition process efficiently. Sorting through the remains of demolished property in search of valuable items adds another layer of complexity to the gameplay. As users progress, they will have to complete more complex demolition tasks, use specialized tools, and upgrade their equipment. Demolition is not a universal job, and the set of tools and equipment makes the process dynamic.
