Biohazard Siberia is a first-person psychological horror game developed by Veilshift Games using Unreal Engine 5. You play as Owen Reeves, a security officer whose routine mission at the Ark Nexus facility turns into a nightmare of mutants and reality-altering horror. The game combines survival mechanics with psychological elements, where limited resources and stamina are crucial to surviving the deformed creatures that hunt you throughout the facility. A distinctive feature of the game is its unique environmental design doorways can unexpectedly take you from the claustrophobic corridors of the facility to dense jungles or the ocean depths, each of which is terrifying.

The atmosphere is complemented by advanced graphics technologies, including real-time lighting, nanite rendering and Metahuman integration, as well as support for DLSS, HDR and path tracing. As you explore the crumbling facility, you’ll solve environmental puzzles, scavenge for supplies, and uncover the dark secrets of Ark Nexus. The facility itself becomes a character, with rusty metal, flickering lights, and an unsettling atmosphere that creates a constant sense of tension. The game’s psychological elements will have you questioning the nature of reality itself as you delve deeper into its mysteries.
