Vivat Slovakia

Vivat Slovakia is an open-world action-adventure game that takes players back to the turbulent 1990s in post-communist Slovakia. Set in the gritty, corruption-ridden city of Bratislava, you take on the role of an undercover police officer masquerading as a taxi driver. You must infiltrate the city’s powerful mafia groups and uncover their illicit dealings. You will navigate a world where organized crime and the government elite are intertwined, and the only way to survive is to follow the infamous saying of the era: You don’t have what you haven’t stolen.

The 10 square kilometer Bratislava map meticulously captures the atmosphere of the 90s, with over 30 period-correct cars driving the streets. Play through over 20 story missions inspired by real events, each offering a glimpse into the dark underbelly of post-Soviet Slovakia. Wield authentic Slovak weapons, such as the iconic telescopic baton, and enjoy professional Slovak voice acting with English subtitles for international players.

Vivat Slovakia is a crowdfunded project featuring customizable elements such as player-created NPCs, businesses, and houses integrated into the game world. Get a taste of the local culture with a radio station featuring old-time music and comedy sketches, or create your own soundtrack. Adopt a furry companion from a virtual shelter — choose from 14 dog breeds thanks to a partnership with a local animal rescue organization.
