Description
Ancient Kingdoms is a nostalgic 2D RPG developed by Ancient Pixels that captures the essence of classic 16-bit era games. Set in the fantasy world of Erathiath, players can choose from six classes Warrior, Ranger, Cleric, Rogue, Wizard, Druid and various races including Elves, Dwarves, Humans, and Goblins. The game features tactical combat that requires tactical planning, detailed pixel art environments, and an epic storyline that pits heroes against orcs, dragons, and ancient gods.
Players can explore a vast world full of secrets, ancient ruins, and catacombs, either alone or in co-op with up to four friends. With a chiptune soundtrack, extensive character customization, and a rich story, Ancient Kingdoms is the perfect balance of accessibility for newcomers and depth for genre veterans. The development team regularly releases updates to the game, allowing it to evolve and feel both familiar and fresh.
