Isekai Sex Boutique begins with the protagonist being transported to a fantasy world, an act orchestrated by a bored goddess. The deity watches the protagonist’s subsequent attempts to survive solely for her own amusement. The character, with her knowledge of sex toys, discovers a business opportunity in this new environment. This leads to the establishment of a specialty shop, a business venture focused on creating and selling products for carnal pleasures.

The player must use materials from this other world to create a product range and establish a business. The management aspect of Isekai Sex Boutique involves managing a staff of women from various backgrounds. Players interact with characters such as Eleanor, a haughty heiress; Chloe, a shy shepherdess; Sylvia, a straightforward woman; and Nico, a goddess herself. The dialogue choices and actions influence the development of these relationships, setting the tone for conversations.

Relationships with characters range from Eleanor’s initial disdain to Chloe’s physical insecurities and Sylvia’s open invitations. These interactions form the basis of the game’s plot, revealing more about each character’s past and desires. The game’s content is structured around specific plot events and simulator mechanics. Progressing through the story unlocks 18 sex scenes, which together offer 187 different visual variations to watch. Daily operations require time management and decisions to build a base to increase reputation and expand the store.
