Letters to Arralla

Letters to Arralla introduces an island where a turnip works as a mail carrier for Deliberry. The protagonist travels across sun-drenched beaches and Australian-style landscapes, delivering mail to the fruit-and-vegetable inhabitants. The inhabitants are a colorful cast of characters, from grumpy glassblowers and eccentric scientists to the tenant of a gloomy house on a hill, each with their own story to uncover.

The gameplay in Letters to Arralla is based on identifying the recipient of each letter without text clues. Envelopes are illustrated only with icons, requiring the player to decipher visual puzzles to find the correct recipient. Reading the correspondence is permitted and necessary, helping to understand the puzzles and delve into the characters' lives. This system combines logic puzzles with open-world exploration, as finding the inhabitants themselves is also part of the quest.
