Liuyins world

Liuyins World is the climactic conclusion to a Chinese cyberpunk fantasy trilogy in which the corrupted Wheel of Reincarnation has transformed into an AI being that fuses flesh, soul, and machinery into hybrid lifeforms. You play as the protagonist, navigating a fractured world where surviving humans, demonic races, and mechanical AIs fight for this controversial fusion technology. The game combines action, adventure, and role-playing elements with aggressive combat, where counterattacks reward passive defense. The game features two distinct martial arts and a passive skill system.

Exploration takes up a large portion of the gameplay, thanks to intricate, box-style level design, comprising eight main, themed zones and numerous smaller areas that create a labyrinthine progression system. The equipment system includes weapons, soul weapons, and disguises, which you can find by defeating bosses or thoroughly exploring locations. Each item has unique characteristics, encouraging multiple playthroughs. The fusion of cyberpunk and fantasy creates a distinctive aesthetic that completes the trilogy's overall worldview.

Multiple branching storylines lead to different endings depending on your choices throughout the campaign. The improved information gathering mechanics from previous games return with greater depth, making careful exploration useful for uncovering conflicts and alliances between the world's three competing factions.
