Description

Mushroom Wars 2 is an award-winning continuation of the famous real-time strategy. Based on the original gameplay Mushroom Wars, which is so fond of the players. To master the basics of the art of mushroom war is simple, thanks to the convenient and intuitive management and support of the gamepad. However, the way of becoming a fearless warlord requires many skills: quick reaction, strategic thinking and the ability to control thousands of soldiers simultaneously! When you get comfortable, you can safely send your army against other players in multiplayer. In Mushroom Wars 2 tournaments are held, there is a system of leagues and rating battles for serious battles. In «My game» you can try out new strategies with your friends: 4 players can fight in the mode «every man for himself» or in team matches. Whether you fight with hordes of enemies in a single-player campaign or compete with your friends for the title of the best strategist in different multiplayer modes, Mushroom Wars 2 is always saturated high-speed and exciting battles.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
