Titans of the Past

Titans of the Past is a sprawling, text and choice heavy RPG that places narrative freedom above all else. The core fantasy is being a lone relic hunter with the unique ability to witness historical events, navigating a world where the wreckage of titanic, divine battles still scars the landscape. This is a game for players who value deep, branching dialogue trees and the weight of consequential decisions, as small choices in the early game can drastically alter the political alignment of entire continents later on.

The unique mechanic is the Temporal Scrying system. This non combat ability allows the player to momentarily step into a spectral echo of the past at specific locations, gathering crucial information about ancient conflicts or the hidden vulnerabilities of current enemies. This often reveals optional, time sensitive quests or unique character interactions that are missable on a typical playthrough. Progression is tied to the Influence Score with various factions, unlocking new quest hubs, purchasing unique faction specific gear, and gaining access to powerful, exclusive mentor abilities. The system perfectly captures the complexity of building a legacy in a turbulent world.
