Description
The Prisoning Fletchers Quest is a Metroidvania with psychological horror elements, based on real events. Players enter the mind of game developer Fletcher Howie Jr., who is on the verge of emotional and physical burnout while completing a challenging project. The goal is to help Fletcher escape his mental prison and overcome his own fears and anxieties. The game combines procedurally generated levels, enemy and boss battles, a weapon and upgrade system, and a rich storyline based on the protagonist's personal experiences. Despite its unusual and humorous elements, the project conveys the atmosphere of stress and emotional tension characteristic of the final stages of a major project.
