BastionOS

BastionOS is a tower defense strategy game developed by Feral Paw Studios that puts you in control of artillery against relentless waves of machines. You choose levels and manually aim your tower's weapons at approaching enemies, collecting resources from destroyed foes to repair and upgrade them. The core gameplay loop centers on inevitable defeat your tower will fall, but you'll use the resources you've collected to rebuild it with improved weapons and fortifications. Between battles, you research increasingly powerful technologies to hold back the machine army threatening humanity's survival.

As humanity's last defense thanks to a desperate weapons research program, you enter a race against ever-increasing hordes of enemies with no guarantee of success. The game combines accessibility for a wide audience with strategic depth thanks to upgrade systems and tactical targeting mechanics. Each playthrough tests how long you can stave off the inevitable in the face of overwhelming mechanical forces. The story depicts a grim scenario in which your bastion represents the last barrier between humanity and extinction, raising questions about whether this desperate last stand can truly save civilization.
