Insomnia Chapter One

Insomnia Chapter One is a psychological horror adventure game developed solo by Melon Polygons, casting you as Ethan Miller, a junior technician at an isolated Arctic research station in 2012. Set in the desolate Kara Sea, you must explore the abandoned Perseus Station and uncover the mystery of a disaster that occurred before your arrival. The game features exploration focused gameplay with no combatonly environmental puzzles, investigation, and choices that shape the outcome of your survival. Atmospheric tension is heightened by flickering lights, sound design, and a fragmented narrative told through journals, notes, and abandoned personal belongings scattered throughout the facility.

Every corner of the crumbling station is meticulously crafted with weathered details, crafting an eerie tale of isolation and disaster. As you delve deeper into the station's dark past, the plot blurs the line between reality and madness, testing both your resolve and sanity.
