Description
The Incident at Galley House is an adventure game by William Roos and Evil Trout Inc. that immerses you in a decades old mystery. In March 1936, locals discovered the scene of a bloody crime at the abandoned Galley House, yet authorities never managed to uncover what actually happened that night. You use a strange device that allows you to access echoes of the past to investigate the events and piece together the truth. This Steam release is a revamped version of the original browser game Type Help, featuring significant enhancements such as fully illustrated visuals, professional voice acting, and an enigmatic 3D interface for navigating memories.
The game blends detective work with deduction mechanics as you explore the aftermath of the crime. An original soundtrack creates an eerie atmosphere throughout the investigation. New puzzles and content have been added, expanding the experience for both newcomers and seasoned players. The developers also known for The Roottrees Are Dead have transformed the text based original into a richer audiovisual experience while preserving its memorable essence.
