Cat Chess has arrived. The game pieces are cats they meow, groom each other, and scratch with their claws. Each piece has a unique personality some are street toughs, while others are pampered house cats. Plus, you can play with your cats while waiting for your opponent to make a move. Cat Chess is a casual strategy game from Capricia Labs that replaces traditional chess pieces with expressive feline characters. The game employs classic chess mechanics but infuses them with personality through two opposing cat factions: the fierce, rebellious "Strays" and the elegant, smug House Cats.
Each piece represents a unique cat breed with custom animations that add humor and charm to every capture and move. Players can enjoy quick matches enhanced by fun emojis while watching their cats interact playfully throughout the game. Between turns, you can even play with your cats while waiting for your opponent. The game blends strategic chess gameplay with lighthearted, chaotic feline antics, making every match both intellectually engaging and visually entertaining.
