SimRail The Railway Simulator Lodz North Region

The Lodz North Region expansion for SimRail The Railway Simulator takes you to the northern lines of the Lodz area. The rail sim comes from SimRail S.A. and PlayWay S.A., and this build includes the latest version with every DLC released so far. This add on adds 140 kilometers of new track to the existing network.

Two single track routes form the heart of the expansion. The first runs from the Kutno junction through Witonia and the historic town of Leczyca to Zgierz, the official gateway to the Lodz Railway Junction. The second continues from Zgierz to Lowicz, where small stations with a single passing track test your traffic planning skills. The double track line from Lowicz to Skierniewice completes the package.

You can play as a dispatcher or as a driver. At the signal box you decide which train goes through and which one has to wait. In the cab you must stick to the timetable without delay, because one late train can block an oncoming service and make problems spread along the whole line. Junction stations at Kutno, Zgierz, and Lowicz give you room to maneuver between services.

The routes connect with the existing network around Lodz and the line to Warsaw. All current rolling stock works with the new tracks, and the DLC is fully compatible with older content. Atmospheric stops and historic station buildings, including Witonia, Leczyca, Ozorkow, and Grotniki, add detail to every journey. Heavy freight, passenger services, and expresses all have their own tasks on these lines.

Singleplayer and multiplayer are both supported, with the driver cab and the dispatcher panel fully playable online. Every session can be shared with other players on a live server. This release is a full version that is ready to run after installation. If you want new routes with real traffic pressure, this expansion is a solid addition to the base game.
