"Sex Hill" is a mature horror visual novel from developer 3DeadAngel, who also acts as publisher. The project blends an adventure narrative with point and click exploration and heavy horror atmosphere. The game is designed only for adult audiences and carries a content warning right from the start.

The story unfolds in a dark environment where danger appears without warning. Players explore locations, read dialogue, and make choices that shape the events. Horror elements include sudden jumpscares, dim lighting, and blood that appears on screen at key moments. The tension builds slowly and keeps the player uneasy for most of the run.
