Nicotine Merchant Simulator is a management simulation from developer pickaxe. The game puts the player in charge of producing, packing and selling nicotine products, with the business side growing freely over time.

Every new day brings a fresh challenge. The player plans the next move, adjusts the strategy and watches how the market responds. There are no scripted goals beyond the ones the player sets, so the direction of the business is open from the start.

Production sits at the heart of the loop. Products are crafted and packed, then moved to shelves and finally sold to customers. Each step can be improved and later automated, which turns a manual operation into a machine over time.

Inventory management keeps things interesting. Stock levels must match demand, and shelves need constant attention. Placing thousands of products is possible, and the game handles large amounts without slowdown, so expansion does not hit a wall.

Strategies can go many directions. Some players focus on volume, others on variety, and some on full automation. Experimenting with different approaches is encouraged, and the game does not push the player toward one path.

The sales side is where the work pays off. Customers browse the shelves, and the prices and stock levels decide how fast the goods move. Adjusting these numbers becomes a game on its own as the operation grows.
