Description

Spirit of the North — is a single-player story quest with a third-person perspective, in which you will find a colorful and very pleasant journey full of adventures, puzzles, puzzles, and more. The game is based on Scandinavian folklore and offers to travel to an unusual bright world that has lost human civilization as a result of some kind of cataclysm. Well, you will play the role of an ordinary red fox, whose body and spirit were combined with the guard of the Northern Lights. This guardian is a female forest spirit, and with it you will go on an unusual journey and you will be able to find out what happened to the civilization that lived in this world. Why is the world here in ruins. Where did civilization go. And most importantly, where to go now. These are the questions you will need to find answers as you progress through the game.

About This Game

Well, first of all, this game is special due to the atmosphere that prevails here. The red sky above your head, the ruins of an ancient civilization that disappeared without a trace, beautiful landscapes in the wild, puzzles and unusual puzzles all this creates an atmosphere that is hard to imagine. Well, as for the gameplay, so it in Spirit of the North is based primarily on solving numerous puzzles and solving riddles, exploring the local world, traveling, overcoming obstacles, and much, much more. Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
