Description

Story of Seasons Friends of Mineral Town — your farm life begins in Mineral City, a charming village surrounded by nature. You returned many years later to rebuild your late grandfather’s farm. Take care of crops, livestock. This is a full remake of the project of the same name released on Nintendo Game Boy Advance in 2003. Your life on the farm begins in the tiny but cute town of Mineralsk in the middle of the wild. After many years, you return to the grandfather’s farm to restore her former glory. Take care of plants and animals and write your story.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for PLAZA

  1. Mount the .iso image in a virtual drive (Daemon Tools, PowerISO, or the built-in Windows mounting) — or burn it to a blank disc if you prefer the real thing.

  2. Run setup.exe from the mounted drive and install the game like any ordinary Windows program.

  3. Copy everything from the PLAZA folder on the disc into the folder where the game was installed, replacing files when asked.

  4. Launch the game from the desktop shortcut or the installed .exe — always with Run as administrator.

    Update v20200811:This build addresses the Windows 8.1 startup issue experienced by some users. Update v20200717:We have received reports of users being unable to launch the game on Windows 10. We have determined the cause for some users and implemented a “Compatibility Mode†for the game which may fix the issue for affected users. Specifically, this mode will not use AVX to speed up processing, since it is incompatible with some older CPUs. In order to launch in Compatibility Mode, please select “Play Compatibility Mode (互æ›ãƒ¢ãƒ¼ãƒ‰)†from the launch options. This mode can also be selected through the Configuration Tool, as a checkbox beneath the “Save & Launch†option. This mode will launch a separate executable file for the game, called “STORY OF SEASONS Friends of Mineral Town_Compatibility.exe†If you have not had any issues running STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town until now, we do not recommend using Compatibility Mode. We are continuing to investigate other issues reported with the configuration tool and with Windows 8.1 users. Thank you so much to users who have reported these issues and sent us more information. We really appreciate your patience. Other Issues Addressed in this Update For some users, the Configuration Tool is launching in a different language than their system settings. We have not been able to reproduce this issue locally, but we have added the word (Language) in English to the language settings option in all languages, as well as written each language option in that language, in order to make the setting easier to find. We will continue to investigate this issue.Fixed an issue where certain daily conversation dialogue for Brandon would not trigger correctly.Made minor updates to the English, French, German, and Spanish text.
