Description

Factory Runner — a new simulation game that will allow players to immerse themselves as much as possible in the story of the main character and start selling and building their own business. What could be more exciting than a business simulator, where you need to show not only strategic skills, but also ingenuity. Try starting your own business from the bottom up with only start-up capital and a small chemical store. During the passage, with a first-person view, you can accumulate more money to expand the assortment, and in the course of large sums of money, you can build your own factory and thereby become a monopolist in your region.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
