Description

The developers promise a musical game from No Straight Roads without slipping into a rhythm title. Taking as a basis the mechanics of turning environmental objects into weapons with the help of music, the authors change the gameplay literally on the fly: hard rock quickly changes to popular music, and then abruptly turns into a dance beat. In the story, rock musicians come into conflict with a powerful record company. On the side of the latter are the producers and the signed labels. Our heroes will have to lead the enemy out into the open, showing what power real music has.

About This Game

In No Straight Roads, you will lead the musical revolution by assembling your own rock band. Explore Vinyl City and battle the music megastars to defeat the oppressive NSR empire. No Straight Roads players will be cast as members of an independent band who have decided to break into show business without being sold to the all-powerful record corporation. And for this they will have to fight their way through a series of colorful musical battles and find their faithful companions.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for PLAZA

  1. Mount the .iso image in a virtual drive (Daemon Tools, PowerISO, or the built-in Windows mounting) — or burn it to a blank disc if you prefer the real thing.

  2. Run setup.exe from the mounted drive and install the game like any ordinary Windows program.

  3. Copy everything from the PLAZA folder on the disc into the folder where the game was installed, replacing files when asked.

  4. Launch the game from the desktop shortcut or the installed .exe — always with Run as administrator.
