The Unfinished Swan

The Unfinished Swan — is an original project, the main character of which is a boy named Monroe. His task is rather trivial to catch up with the swan. But it was not without a catch, the agile bird fled into a surreal, unfinished world, where all objects are completely white. To find the way, the hero needs to paint the world around him by throwing paint balls. The gameplay is made from a first-person perspective. Your main character in this unique adventure is the 10-year-old boy Monroe, an orphan who was allowed to bring only one of his deceased mother’s large collection of paintings to the orphanage. It was a special picture for both of them, although it, unfortunately, was never completed.

About This Game

The story of The Unfinished Swan begins to unfold one night after Monroe wakes up to find the missing swan in the painting, leaving a trail of golden traces behind for the player to travel to a mysterious kingdom. This kingdom appears to be abandoned, and the player needs to find out the reason for this abandonment, which is the key to the return of the swan. This in-game journey takes players through a largely colorless landscape of a white kingdom. With each new area discovered, players will unravel the story told in the pages of the storybook. Additionally, players will be able to find secret balloons to unlock additional in-game content.

Gameplay in The Unfinished Swan is the first game in which the mechanics revolve around players who throw paint or other liquids to solve puzzles that come their way. One of the repetitive game elements, in particular, is the use of this paint to paint the white game world you find yourself in.
