Nebuchadnezzar — is an economic strategy that, as the name implies, referring to the name of King Nebuchadnezzar, takes us to ancient Mesopotamia. The plot of the game covers the period from the moment when the first people began to settle in the valleys of the Euphrates and Tigris, to the 6th century BC, when Babylon was conquered by Persia. In each of the sixteen missions of this themed campaign, we reach different historical periods and places, which allows us to see how the Babylonian civilization gradually developed, as well as its final collapse under the pressure of the troops of the Persian king Cyrus the Great.

About This Game

In Nebuchadnezzar, the action is shown in an isometric view. During the game, all aspects of the functioning of the city are on our shoulders. Therefore, we identify areas for agriculture and commodity production, build residential areas and ensure that each building is connected by a road that our facilities constantly pass. In addition, we must monitor the needs of residents and from time to time fulfill their requirements everything to prevent the depopulation of our metropolis, while keeping an eye on the economic aspects. The game has a special simplified view that allows you to quickly see the situation and react if necessary.

If we do everything right, our subjects are satisfied and the Kings vault gradually fills up. This enables us to construct monumental buildings led by temple towers called ziggurats; Thanks to the built-in editor, we can customize their appearance ourselves. The game takes place to the accompaniment of a soundtrack inspired by the music of the era. In addition, the authors of this game have provided support for mods, and therefore players can create their own buildings, missions or campaigns.
