About This Game
The main character is a simple priest named Enoch. The starting point for the storyline in El Shaddai is when God instructs angels to watch over the human world from heaven. Alas, the angels do not cope with this task. By the will of fate, some of them became imbued with love for people and committed a terrible sin they descended to Earth. Now the world is facing another flood. However, Enoch, who arrived in heaven, asks providence to restrain the horses and subscribes to a task of world importance God himself instructs Enoch to catch all the fallen angels.For every firefighter, he is given a partner named Lucifer a very powerful angel, whose strength is so great that he can freely travel through time and space. Lucifer will give Enoch good advice and accompany him at every step. From a purely mechanical point of view, El Shaddai is a mixture of jumping and running platformers and third-person action adventure games with a very simple combat system involving only two buttons and a few weapons like a sword, a bow, and so on.
