Blood Spear

Blood Spear — is a shareware RPG action slasher with a third-person view in a fantasy setting. The game takes place in a medieval world. In the center of the plot a nameless war awakened from sleep, armed with a bloody spear with various abilities. To quench his thirst for blood and carry out his revenge, he will have to go through a difficult path filled with deadly traps and various undead. The dark medieval fantasy setting and third-person gameplay of Blood Spear immediately draws comparisons to Dark Souls, but Blood Spear is actually more of an action adventure with a focus on ranged javelin throwing.

You can throw an infinite number of spears with deadly precision, as well as shatter them for even more damage. The game takes about 20 minutes to complete, there are no improvements to collect and the game is quite linear, but it is a very well-made game with beautiful graphics, interesting story and addicting gameplay. The design of the world is especially impressive, so much so that it would look no worse than in one of Hidetaka Miyazaki’s classic films. Highly recommended.
