Calluna

Calluna — a small adventure game about the Norwegian composer and violinist Ole Bully 1810-1880. In Calluna you can play Ole Bull in four independent adventures as young, old, rich and poor. Take a first-person stroll through the streets of Bergen, Paris and Cairo and explore a semi-open world filled with interactive objects, citizens and collectibles. Complete tasks based on historical events and follow Ole Bull’s dream of fame and glory. Ole Bull was a Norwegian violinist and composer and one of the greatest performers of the XIX century.

Bull was fascinated by the growing wave of Norwegian romantic nationalism and welcomed the idea of Norway as a sovereign state separate from Sweden. He was a prodigy and made his solo debut at the age of nine. It is believed that he wrote more than 70 works, but today only about ten are known. Ole Bull became incredibly famous and earned huge fortunes. Ole was inspired by beautiful Norwegian landscapes and stretched to the highest mountains. He was also an entrepreneur and tried to establish a colony in Pennsylvania, USA, in 1852.
