Description

Stonedeep — is a construction game that should simulate the management and planning of civilization. Due to the comic and fabulous graphic style, there are no everyday links. This allows children aged 12 to 15 to distinguish the game world from reality and distance themselves from the game. The perspective of the observer also creates a difference between the players and reality. Scenarios of military and fighting games are graphically depicted in such a way that they are clearly invented for this age group. The depiction of violence in combat scenarios is also perceived as unrealistic, as the opponents are fantastic creatures and are presented in a comic manner.

There is no reference to everyday life, and the behavior shown is not used to resolve conflicts. Emerging threats and conflicts do not cover the entire game. Audiovisual media only serve to create an atmosphere. The game also has battle sounds that only indicate what is happening. Fighting scenarios should not cause visual or auditory disturbance or emotional damage. Coercion to action that occurs during the game, and related solutions to game problems must be performed at the age of 12 to 15 years. More complex tasks and problems require the ability to think abstractly and logically, which is also suitable for this age group.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for PLAZA

  1. Mount the .iso image in a virtual drive (Daemon Tools, PowerISO, or the built-in Windows mounting) — or burn it to a blank disc if you prefer the real thing.

  2. Run setup.exe from the mounted drive and install the game like any ordinary Windows program.

  3. Copy everything from the PLAZA folder on the disc into the folder where the game was installed, replacing files when asked.

  4. Launch the game from the desktop shortcut or the installed .exe — always with Run as administrator.
