Description

Dungeon Alchemist — is a special project designed to create vibrant and detailed board game maps. The developers created it, focusing on those gamers who like to embody their own ideas on the screen. Or vice versa, too lazy to do it with ordinary programs or paper with a pen. Here the workflow is reduced to a minimum — the user just needs to select a theme and make drawings, and the program will do the rest. For ease of use, Dungeon Alchemist has a large number of different layouts and landscapes. If a player wants to create a cozy tavern located on a mountain pass, surrounded by pine trees, there will be no problems.

If the user needs something more exotic, like a fortress on the plain or ancient ruins near a sea cliff, then there are such details. In addition to customizing the overall landscape, the developers also added the ability to customize individual rooms. For example, when a building layout appears on the field, the gamer is able to personally decide where the cabinets and bedside tables, chairs and tables will be placed. You can increase or decrease objects by creating dwellings of giants or huts of dwarfs. It is also possible to equip the house in gloomy, bright or completely fantastic colors. But if the user is not satisfied with the result, there is a random function here — then AI will create the interior itself.

Step-by-step setup process for P2P Release

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Install the required runtimes if the game reports a missing DLL or fails to start: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 and x64) and DirectX Runtime. If the release includes a Redist or _CommonRedist folder, check it first.
Check Windows Security quarantine if files are missing after extraction. Restore only files you trust, then add the game folder to exclusions if necessary.
Use a short Latin-only folder path, for example C:\Games\GameName. Avoid Cyrillic characters, very long paths and special symbols.
