The fact is that in the distant future, the surface of the planet became uninhabitable and humanity, for the sake of salvation, decided to move under water in order to save its civilization. Real megacities arose under water, which adapted to new living conditions. Now people have to get used to getting their own oxygen, as well as the enormous pressure in a new place to live. The protagonist acts as the ruler of one of these settlements, where he will have to make the right decisions in order to ensure not only the survival, but also the safety of his wards.
