Description
Cosmic Fear is an atmospheric first-person horror walking simulator in the spirit of Lovecraft, continuing the line of games from the author of The Land of Pain and The Alien Cube.
You play as Benedict West, a member of a paranormal investigation team who finds himself stranded in a dark forest after his partners disappear without a trace. Having discovered the body of an unknown person and strange traces of what was happening, the hero gradually understands that humanity has always been connected with something much more ancient and alien, coming from the depths of space and again reminding of itself.
The exploration of abandoned mansions, thickets of forests and abandoned villages is combined with the search for clues, solving puzzles and collecting scraps of information that gradually add up to a gloomy picture of what is happening. Alien figurines are scattered throughout the levels, rewarding careful exploration of every corner, and in addition to studying the environment, you will have to evade hostile creatures, hiding in the dark and trying not to catch their eye.
