Mall Craze features a project where you have to build and manage your own shopping mall. The gameplay revolves around building your mall and making it a success by carefully managing its various aspects. The plot is simple: you start as a budding mall manager with a small budget and a dream to create the biggest and most profitable mall in town. As you progress, you will face challenges such as competing malls, managing staff, managing inventory, and keeping customers happy. To start your Mall Craze journey, you must build your mall from scratch, choosing a location, mall type, and design. You can create a mall, cinema, fitness center, or food court, add stores, restaurants, and attractions such as bowling, arcades, or a kids area.

You need to manage everything in your mall, from hiring staff to keeping customers happy, finding new products, and setting prices. There are different characters in the project: customers, staff, and competitors. You must keep everyone happy to keep your mall growing. The mechanics include a combination of strategy, planning and decision making. You must plan the location of your mall, allocate resources and manage your staff effectively to keep your customers happy. You can also advertise your mall to attract more customers and research new products to offer to your customers. The world is set in a modern urban environment and you can choose the location of your mall in different areas of the city. The modes include a campaign mode where you play through different levels of the game and a sandbox mode where you can design and manage your mall without any restrictions.
