Keep Driving is a nostalgic game about travel and self-discovery. The action takes place in the early 2000s: you have just bought your first car and learned about a festival on the other side of the country. A long summer journey begins, and it is up to you to decide what it will be like. In the game, you will go through randomly generated landscapes, meeting fellow travelers with their unique stories, collecting a collection of musical compositions and solving unexpected problems. Your journey is not just a road, it is a management RPG in which you have to repair and improve your car, choose a route, solve problems using an interesting turn-based «combat» system.
This can be getting stuck behind a tractor or meeting a stubborn fellow traveler. There are many details inside the game: from items that can be in your glove compartment to unique characters who can become your companions. Visually, the game is made in a pixel art style that conveys the atmosphere of endless roads and quiet village routes. Every journey is unique: you can return to the starting point and try new routes, discovering different endings. Immerse yourself in the melodies of local bands and enjoy a unique experience, immersing yourself in the rhythm of life on the road, where every turn can bring new discoveries.

Build 1.2.0.0 Live! This patch adds new content to the game as well as some fixes. For those looking for the localization patch, you\'ll have to wait a bit longer, but we are making lots of progress towards it. With help from programmer Juju Adams the game is now ready to be translated and we\'re aiming for August to release the localized patch. Thanks for your patience! Languages planned for Localization patch are:German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Ukrainian , Japanese, Chinese (Simplified) and Russian We plan to have a sale up when that patch drops as well, but maybe not as deep as the Summer Sale. New features: - Added some new Traits - Added some new items - Added new junk-upgrades. You can find them at junkyards and abandoned cars. - Updated some car-sprays and added some more. - Added new Road events - Added new two new threat warnings: Clone: Instead of damaging you, creates a new threat of the same type Change: After attacking, randomize threat type. - Changed some details in the Mechanic\'s quest. Added a new reward. Patch 1.1.0.1 - Fixed bug that crashed the game when dragging an item from a shop in between glove-box-slots.- Fixed bug where you could drive away with the car after character creation, before getting your stuff from your home.- Fixed bug where gamepad controls would show up in the repair-section in the garage interface even if you weren\'t using gamepad.- Reduced the price of the 70\'s Orange cosmetic upgrade.- You can now swap upgrades of the same type directly in the garage interface. It\'s hard to express how it feels releasing a game we\'ve worked on since 2016. We failed once, put it on ice, came back to it and devoted all our effort to make it happen.
