Animal Simulator

Animal Simulator may interest fans of sandboxes. This video game has an open world consisting of different locations with an interactive environment. It has a change of day and night. Seasons also change (there are 4 of them: summer, spring, autumn, winter) and weather conditions. Fauna is generated randomly with each new playthrough. There are points of interest on the map where you can take or hand in a quest, or take part in a unique event. Before the start of the session, you can choose a historical period: New Time, Middle Ages, modern era, and so on. In addition to the single-player mode, there is a local multiplayer. It allows two people to play on one computer.

The name of the project is translated into Russian as Animal Simulator. The title fully corresponds to its name. It gives the opportunity to control one of the animals. There are 10 creatures to choose from — from wolves and crocodiles to rabbits, raccoons and dogs. There are even elephants and crows available. The gameplay for herbivores, carnivores or omnivores is different. The gameplay is all about finding food, creating offspring, and organizing your own pack. There is also the option to play as humans. They can drive different types of transport (including cars) and use weapons, including firearms. Playing as humans turns the indie title into a survival game with resource collection, base building, crop farming, trading with NPCs, and other activities common to the genre.
