Patient 001 is a psychological horror game that casts you as a police officer investigating disturbing experiments at a mental institution where patients are being transformed into nightmarish creatures. Developed by Sunil Sutariya, the indie action-adventure game features a mysterious narrator called The Mannequin who claims to control your actions. The game combines survival horror and inventory management, forcing you to carefully choose what items to carry, craft ammo, and use tapes to save your progress.

About This Game
Combat revolves around the strategic use of weapons with limited ammo, emphasizing accuracy and headshots over spray-and-drip tactics. The asylum’s winding corridors hide puzzles that require creativity to uncover secrets and progress through the environment. What sets Patient 001 apart are its procedurally generated elements items, enemies, room access, clues and passwords change between playthroughs, making each investigation feel fresh. The narrative deliberately blurs the line between the game and reality, with an intriguing plot full of twists that leave you questioning reality until the very last moments. Your choices throughout the game directly impact the world around you, leading to multiple possible endings that determine whether you escape the horrors of the asylum or become another victim of its twisted experiments.
