NEKOPARA After introduces the player to Fraise, a catgirl whose appearance kicks off a new storyline about intimate relationships. She seeks advice from Minadzuki Kashou while interacting with his younger sister Shigure. A major conflict arises as Fraise values ​​family ties, while Shigure prioritizes the happiness of her catgirls and their deep connection with Kashou. This divergence of views shapes the narrative about competing feelings and different types of intimacy, posing dilemmas for Minadzuki to consider about the nature of attachment.

The plot of this game, NEKOPARA After, shows how Beignet, recognizing Kashou’s talent as a pastry chef, feels her role is fulfilled. She subsequently closes La Soleil in France. Beignet then entrusts Kashou with Fraise, the catgirl she raised, and she joins his house with the other catgirls. This event sets the stage for new emotional connections and exploration of attachments between the characters; the heroine becomes a catalyst for reconsidering the existing intimate dynamics of this unusual group.
