Mask of Soul

Mask of Soul is a 2D Metroidvania where you play as Jeong-oh Chas, the guardian of the Underworld, who pursues escaped spirits under the ominous light of the Red Moon. The barrier between worlds is crumbling, demons are awakening, and it's up to you to restore balance. Navigate warped landscapes filled with spirits, seals, and ancient secrets in a world inspired by Korean mythology. The atmosphere is chilling yet captivating: every frame seems to ooze the darkness of ancient legends. Combat here isn't about mindless attacks, but about a precise rhythm. You must read your enemies' movements, parry precisely, and counterattack, depleting their stamina. The key to victory lies in the spirit masks you discover throughout the game.

Each one changes your combat style: skills, animations, tactics. One grants speed, another strength, and a third opens new paths. By choosing combinations, you become your own weapon, tailored to each boss and puzzle. Discover regions, solve environmental puzzles, and fight demons awakened by the Red Moon. Everything is in the signature dark oriental style: traditional patterns, mysticism, and a fairytale-like quality with a touch of nightmare.
