Constructor Plus is a new exciting city-planning simulator in which players are invited to play the role of a very enterprising businessman developer. Build the city of your dreams, start pumping out money from it and just become the person on whom the fate of the whole city and its inhabitants will depend. The most interesting thing is that here the players are given complete freedom of action. A player can become an ordinary entrepreneur and try to honestly build a real city of the future on the slum site, or he can follow in the footsteps of the mob and gangsters, and begin to scold the city and its inhabitants in every possible way, including blackmail.

About This Game

Another feature of Constructor Plus is diversity. Here you are not 10 types of buildings, but as many as 147 types of buildings, each of which will play a role in the history of the city. Houses and skyscrapers, office buildings, architectural wonders, a casino and circus, cinemas and much more will be at your disposal. And you can build all this where you want. Banned to build a house because of not too stable soil, or because of something else? Then bribe everyone you need.


After some time, you will encounter problems that will make your head spin. For example, gangsters may appear in your city. What will you do with them? Declare war on them? Or maybe you will start to cooperate? You decide! The main thing is to do everything possible to ensure that you are not kicked out of the city and left in bankruptcy. And there may be huge mutant cockroaches and other pests that you can also use for your own good — for example, you can set them on the building with people so that they run away, and you could buy the house cheaply.​​​​
