Sweet Clockwork

A dazzling July day, your birthday, and a confession letter in your hands. It promises a meeting at six in the evening, in the Year 1 Class D classroom. You open the door with a pounding heart and find death waiting instead. Vision blurs to red, consciousness slips away, and the morning begins anew. This is the loop at the center of Sweet Clockwork, an adventure visual novel from Team D.T.R, which developed and published the title.

The narrative revolves around the looming six o'clock appointment, the relentless cycle of death, and friends whose eyes now hold a chilling difference. The only escape is the Time Travel Ring, a mysterious device that lets the protagonist rewind the mainspring of fate. A voice echoes across time with an earnest vow to protect, and discovering whose voice it is becomes one of the story's central threads as the loops repeat themselves.

A large cast populates the loop: Haena Ji, whose name players can change, along with I-on Moon, Chabin Han, Sol Yoon, Dorim Chae, Jian Ban, Yohan Go, Gaon Gil, Iri Dam and Jeong Dokgo. Each relationship deepens across repeated cycles as the hero learns what every friend hides and who can be trusted when the day resets. The school itself shifts from a peaceful setting into an unknown labyrinth where friends can become foes.

The developers frame the story around two pillars: a dark mystery romance where one true love survives despair, and a salvation romance built inside the cycle of death. Text based simulation scenes and anime styled visuals carry the tale forward at a steady pace. Fans of time loop mysteries with romantic stakes get a complete arc here, winding toward the moment when the clockwork finally stops turning. When the loop finally breaks, the answer lands with real weight.
