Mad Tower Tycoon

Mad Tower Tycoon is almost the only skyscraper building simulator of its kind. Here you will need to build a skyscraper and do everything in order to earn as much money on it and its premises. But the main task is not money. The main goal is to get six stars. And this is not so easy. We will have to take into account a bunch of different criteria, which are mandatory for teaching the sixth star, to equip the skyscraper in accordance with all requirements and make more of it than just a building. But no one will limit you in anything: you can fill the floors at your own discretion, rent the premises and entire floors for rent, equip everything as you see fit.

About This Game

How do you manage your skyscraper? Will you rent the basement floors and turn the rest into elite multi-family housing? Or build a restaurant on the roof of a skyscraper, hand over heaps of premises for shops and offices and turn the building into a financial business center? Actually, you decide, but remember, every action you take will have consequences sooner or later. Perhaps your guests will begin to interfere with the noise of the restaurant, and perhaps the shops will begin to go bankrupt — you never know what will be ahead …

As for the arrangement of individual premises of a skyscraper, planning and repair, so here you will decide everything yourself. Buy equipment, install modern security systems, populate entire floors with ordinary people or build your own shops — most importantly, get as much money as possible and spend it on transforming your skyscraper.
