Bug Academy

Bug Academy is a humorous logic arcade developed by the independent Polish studio Igrek Games. The game was created thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. After downloading the game via torrent, players gain control over the bugs and help them in educational activities previously intended primarily for people. They have to deal with various tasks — including delivering parcels, repairing damaged facilities, building bridges, putting out fires, as well as playing musical instruments, drawing, dancing and even flying into space, all within the physical system, which, of course, leads to many funny situations.

About This Game

Player actions are subject to evaluation. As beetles develop, they become smarter, stronger and faster, therefore, over time, they may encounter new and new problems. Beetles have different skills — flies have sticky tongues that allow them to pick up various objects, bees can extract nectar and are excellent builders (they know how to build bridges or fix holes in pipes), and light lights shine in the dark (allowing them to work in such places like mines or canals). Moreover, players need to use swarm mechanics — although the unit’s capabilities are not very large, a group of several insects can do much more (for example, a group of flies will easily transfer the refrigerator to the fourth floor).
