Steel Division 2 Tribute to the Liberation of Italy is the latest detailed historical appendix that focuses on the fighting forces of an important but often unsung theater of World War II the Italian campaign. In the summer of 1944, the Italian peninsula north of Rome. Once again, the Allied advance is halted by the Axis enduring defenders, this time on the Gothic line. The redeployment of various key Allied divisions to France has led to a lull in hostilities, and both sides are planning their next steps.
For the Western Allies, this means fresh blood, both from reorganized formations and from Allied countries that have recently joined the cause. For the Axis countries, this is strengthening their battered divisions in every possible way. Although the Gothic line was not to be breached until March 1945, the heavy fighting around it would be a baptism of fire for all the soldiers involved. Steel Division 2 Tribute to the Liberation of Italy complements your experience of Steel Division 2 4 new nations, 8 new divisions that can be played alone, in cooperative or multiplayer mode, more than 300 new units, including brand new vehicles and aircraft, as well as new sets of infantry models.
